Terms

We at Saddle Stackers have found the most inexpensive and efficient way to ship our products to you.  We total the weight of your order with shipping crate or box, add the shipping and handling charge and email you the total.   We feel this gives our customers the security to know that we are not just leaving you at the mercy of the shipping companies, but instead work to provide you with the most cost effective way to ship your items.  Our terms for returns are stated below.

  • All products must return in same crate or box shipped in
  • All returns must be made within 3 days of receipt of items
  • Customer is responsible for items that are ordered incorrectly on line.  We will be happy to replace the incorrect item once we receive the incorrect item back or customer agrees to recharge the new item.
  • We will be happy to credit back incorrect item on customers charge card once we have received and inspected the item.
  • We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20%
  • We will not refund any handling charges.
  • Shipping dates are estimates only.  We are not responsible for any delay in shipping to or from the carrier.
  • Delays in shipping from Saddle Stakers will not constitute a refund on the part of the customer, however we may honor the 1/2 refund granted to all orders canceled after the 24 hr notice has expired on the order.
  • If an item is broken or damaged in shipping, notification must be received within 24 hrs of item delivery and replacement parts will be sent if applicable.
  • Customers are responsible to pay return shipping charges and shipping insurance on items unless otherwise agreed upon by Saddle Stackers.
  • Order cancellations are accepted at 24 hrs for a full refund on amount purchased.  After 24 hrs customer is responsible for 1/2 the total purchase (not including shipping/handling charges). 
  • Saddle Stackers is not responsible for items that are on back order.  We will notify you within 48 hrs if your item(s) are on back order. 
  • Custom designed displays are returned upon approval from Saddle Stackers only.
  • We reserve the right to copy and distribute any custom design displays unless written agreement has been otherwise established.
  • We will not give credit for used or damaged items that are seeking credit for any reason.  Unless otherwise agreed upon by Saddle Stackers.
